  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Must have an updated Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License.
  • Must be a Certified IV Nurse.
  • Must have training and with updated certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) course or in Advance Cardiac and Life Support (ACLS) course.
  • Must have a certificate of training in the nursing care of renal dialysis patients from competent training providers (1-2 months training).
