Wrkpod is Hiring: SEO & AEO Specialist

Job Summary:

Wrkpod is looking for an experienced SEO & AEO Specialist to lead the search strategy for two brands. This role goes beyond traditional SEO — you'll optimize content for both search engines and AI-driven answer engines to boost visibility and performance.

Location: Tanjay City, Bacolod City, Dumaguete City

Schedule: Day shift

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO with measurable results
  • Knowledge of AEO and AI search behavior
  • Skilled in tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog
  • Understanding of structured data, schema markup, semantic search
  • Local SEO experience for multi-location brands
  • Ability to build and analyze dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, Whatagraph)
  • Familiar with AI tools for research and performance
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and run SEO strategies (keywords, on-page, backlinks)
  • Implement AEO tactics for AI-powered search visibility
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and fixes
  • Optimize content for SERP features (snippets, voice search, etc.)
  • Manage local SEO efforts for multiple locations
  • Collaborate with content, web, and marketing teams
  • Use AI tools to improve research and workflows
  • Monitor performance and create clear reports
  • Stay ahead of SEO and AI search trends
