Job Description

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, build, test, and deploy secure, scalable Salesforce solutions that streamline business operations and support organizational growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver automation, integrations, and enhancements while ensuring platform reliability, performance, and compliance.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3+ years of proven, hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, or Administrator certifications preferred
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, JavaScript, Flows, and Salesforce declarative tools
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, sharing rules, and permission frameworks
• Experience with integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, callouts, and external systems
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Clouds, including Experience Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud
• Exposure to integration and cloud platforms, such as MuleSoft, AWS, or similar technologies
• Experience developing solutions in regulated environments, including healthcare, life sciences, or financial services
• Working knowledge of advanced Salesforce security features, such as Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, and encryption

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Your Daily Tasks

• Design, build, test, and maintain software applications based on technical designs and specifications
• Write, test, and maintain high-quality code aligned with project requirements and best practices
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and peer programming sessions
• Document code, processes, and technical details
• Complete development tasks within deadlines, communicating potential delays as needed
• Develop integration solutions connecting systems using middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) and APIs
• Design and maintain APIs that enable secure and scalable data exchange
• Support testing by creating test plans, cases, and scripts, tracking and resolving defects
• Contribute to architecture design, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Maintain coding standards, guidelines, and compliance with organizational and industry policies
