Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, job offers)
- Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment requirements
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Compensation & Benefits
- Prepare payroll inputs and maintain compensation records
- Assist in salary adjustments and benefits administration
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
- Prepare HR documents (contracts, memos, certifications)
- Assist in HR reports, audits, and compliance requirements
- Address basic employee HR inquiries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
