Your Role, Your Impact

Project Accountant is responsible for managing the financial health of a construction project, ensuring that all costs are tracked accurately, and that payments are made on time.

  • Perform three‑way matching of Purchase Orders, Receiving Reports, and Invoices to ensure accuracy, contract compliance, and complete delivery.
  • Monitor project costs against approved budgets, identify variances, and recommend cost‑control measures.
  • Process vendor and contractor payments in line with approved terms and authority levels.
  • Reconcile open Purchase Orders, GR/IR balances, and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Monitor and manage contract retainage, ensuring proper release upon milestone or project completion.
  • Provide financial insights and cost support to project managers to keep projects within budget and schedule.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on billing, payments, and cost‑related matters.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Project Accounting or Accounts Payable (construction preferred)
  • Strong experience in three‑way matching, billing validation, and cost control
  • Knowledge of project contracts, procurement, and financial reconciliation (PO, GR/IR)
  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and SAP (PS Modules)
  • Amenable to work on site
