JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure Billings/SOA are prepared accurately andissued on time.
  • Checking docs (Summary of Balances) issued by Accounting Asst
  • Responsible in posting of payments to QB aftervalidating in passbook, checking of Depsum done byCollections specialist, plotting deposit summary inbank statement google sheet for reconciliationpurposes.
  • Responsible for Checking documents and recordingof new (incoming) tenants and processing ofdocuments of pull-out (out going) tenants
  • Prepares Aging report generated in QB and checkingremarks done by billing specialist.
  • Checking violations done by billing specialist.
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • PDC Management (PDC Deposit & Monitoring)
  • EWT Recording

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ Business Management
  • At least 1 year of working experience as Billing & Collection Coordinator
  • Experience with billing & collection software and systems is advantage
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Reliable and responsible with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
