Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting and billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing procedures, financial transactions, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Job Description:

  • Issuance: SOA vs TML - Responsible for checking and monitoring the distribution of the Statement of Account (SOA) in comparison with the Tenant Master List (TML)
  • Submission: BIR Reports - Responsible for the submission of the BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) reports, including SAWT-Alphalist encoding and LIS .
  • Monitoring: AR - Responsible for the completeness and updating of the Aging/Open Invoice Report on a monthly basis, including monitoring of the current status of accounts receivable.
  • Account Reconciliation – Responsible for the reconciliation of accounts, particularly addressing any delinquent accounts (e.g., overdue/backlogs).
  • Tenants Refund Processing - Responsible for ensuring the processing of tenant refunds is timely and accurate, including the review of pullout documents and request for refund payment preparation.
  • Checking: Violation Notices & Letters - Responsible for confirming the list of unpaid tenants for issuance of Violation Notices (VNs).
  • PDC Deposits/Monitoring - Responsible for preparing post-dated checks (PDC) for deposit,
  • On Time & Accurate - Recording: EWT Responsible for the recording of EWT (Expanded Withholding Tax) 2307 through posting to PT (Planning Tools) and QuickBooks)
  • Join Quarterly Priorities (QP) Projects/Initiatives
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
