You will work closely with our teams in the Philippines and New Zealand to ensure accurate project costing and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimation & Costing:

Gather, review, and analyze tender package data for plumbing and roofing projects

Prepare accurate estimates of materials, labor, and quantities based on drawings & specifications

Ensure project profitability by applying correct pricing structures

• Project Take-Off:

Analyze drawings and specifications to determine project requirements

Liaise with clients to clarify project details and ensure all requirements are met

• Communication & Coordination:

Source pricing from suppliers (supplier list provided)

Coordinate with internal project managers to address potential project issues

Keep clear, prompt, and professional communication with clients and stakeholders

• Technical Drawings & Plans:

Prepare as-built plans, drawings, and designs based on client specifications

What We're Looking For:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Licensed Engineer

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and take-off software (e.g., Planswift)
• Solid understanding of plumbing/hydraulic installations in commercial & residential projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Registered Master Plumber (advantage)
• Experience in plumbing and roofing estimates
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and MS Office
• Strong mathematical skills & keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and work ethics

Technical Requirements:

Own & backup laptop/desktop (i5 processor or higher) with a dual monitor setup

Stable internet connection (at least 50MBPS)

Backup power source to prevent work interruptions

Noise-canceling headset for clear communication
