Job Summary:

We are looking for dependable and customer-focused individuals to become part of our team as Branch Personnel. This position plays a vital role in maintaining efficient branch operations, delivering quality customer service, and managing shipments and transactions accurately. It's an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are eager to gain experience and develop their careers with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open the branch promptly and maintain cleanliness, including ensuring the LBC logo and signage are presentable.
  • Conduct daily checks and monitoring of branch materials and supplies to ensure sufficient stock (e.g., receptacles, computer receipts, accountable forms).
  • Receive and process customer shipments in compliance with LBC's standards and acceptance procedures.
  • Ensure all official receipts are accurately validated.
  • Safely store all accepted transactions for the day and properly turn them over during cutoff time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of K12, at least 2nd-year college level, Vocational Diploma holder, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level applicants.
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in Bel-Air, Makati City.
  • Must be willing to undergo training.
  • Flexible to work overtime, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
