We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join FILINVEST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in learning and development and a passion for helping others grow.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
