OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone who can join our team as a Junior Media Buyer at Augmen Digital, where we help small to medium-sized FILIPINO businesses grow through social media performance marketing.

All accounts and clients are local, and Philippine-based because our ultimate vision as a company is to create a world where small businesses in the Philippines with a big idea always have a chance to grow profitably by helping people with their products and services.

You should be excited with the idea of speaking to these small business owners, hearing their dreams for their families and communities, and ultimately strategizing ways in which your work with Augmen Digital will help achieve those dreams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Junior Media Buyer, you will be responsible for creating marketing strategies for the clients and with the clients, translating them to Facebook campaigns, and optimizing the campaigns towards their goals.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

Develop and propose strategic offers to help clients achieve marketing goals.

Lead team brainstorming sessions to generate ad ideas and creative direction.

Provide guidance for copywriters and creatives to produce campaign assets.

Launch and manage Facebook ad campaigns using team-created assets.

Analyze campaign data to extract insights and refine marketing strategies.

Collaborate with team and clients to iterate on ideas and offers.

Stay updated on Facebook Ads trends (training provided).

Identify performance trends to optimize ad spend and effectiveness.

Maintain organized records of marketing metrics and campaign results.

Ensure timely, goal-aligned delivery of marketing solutions.

Report progress on initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare account status reports with support from the fulfillment team.

Assist with client issues and ensure smooth resolution.

Support account managers in understanding client goals and campaign strategy.

Draft client communications and respond to inquiries as needed.

Monitor campaign KPIs and generate performance reports.

Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic input.

Your KPIs will be the following:

Client campaigns get a good number of messages at a reasonable cost, translating to conversions.

At least 80% of clients hit the target conversion rate and conversion volume.

80% of managed accounts renew their contract for the next contract period.

Keep Facebook Ad Spend within target KPI.

30 managed accounts by 90 days

Communicates every single time. Not shy at all to have a conversation.

Computer Literate, and tech savvy.

Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and etc.
