SAPALO VELEZ BUNDANG & BULILAN LAW OFFICES' is seeking motivated Associate Lawyers to join our dynamic legal team in Makati City Metro Manila. As an Associate Lawyer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality legal services to our diverse client base. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our law firm.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist senior lawyers in all aspects of legal practice, including research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for court appearances
  • Participate in client meetings and negotiations to provide legal advice and support
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement legal strategies tailored to client needs
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our legal processes and best practices
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

  • Law degree from a reputable institution and a valid license to practice law in the Philippines
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in a legal firm or in-house legal team
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical legal solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Collaborative mindset and a willingness to work as part of a team
