Job description:

Duties:

- Prepare and create a variety of fresh pasta dishes from scratch

- Operate pasta-making equipment efficiently and safely

- Ensure all pasta products meet quality standards

- Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning and specials involving pasta dishes

- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety regulations

  • Knowledgeable in different cooking cuisine

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Pasta Maker or similar role in the food industry

- Knowledge of different types of pasta and their cooking methods

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as pasta machines, dough mixers, etc.

- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Skills:

- Knife skills for cutting and shaping pasta dough

- Menu planning for incorporating various pasta dishes into the menu

- Experience in food service, cooking, or culinary arts

- Knowledge of catering practices for large-scale pasta production

- Understanding of food safety protocols in a kitchen setting

- Familiarity with kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant environment
