Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing daily cash transactions and preparing summaries for Oracle reconciliation and journal entries
  • Creating journal entries for payroll, investments, loans, hedges, intercompany transactions, and other cash activities
  • Coordinating with Accounting, Payroll, Treasury, and Finance teams to ensure timely month-end closings
  • Preparing accurate bank reconciliations and resolving reconciling items
  • Handling cash-related inquiries and supporting other finance duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • BS in Accountancy
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in general accounting, preferably with Oracle ERP
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in both remote and onsite settings
