About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Solo Services Group Pty Ltd as a Full-Stack Developer (Mobile & Web), bringing your expertise in both mobile app development (React Native) and web development (PHP Laravel). As a key member of our growing team, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining high-performance web and mobile applications that power our operational and compliance systems. Some of your duties may include (but not be limited to):

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android.
• Build and maintain responsive, scalable web-based applications using PHP (Laravel framework), ensuring integration with mobile services where needed.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both web and mobile platforms, adhering to industry best practices.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces.
• Integrate and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring data synchronization and consistency between mobile and web apps.
• Conduct thorough unit testing using PHPUnit (for web) and appropriate tools for mobile, ensuring code reliability and functionality.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across both web and mobile platforms effectively.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay current with industry trends, frameworks, and best practices across both mobile and web development ecosystems.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, backend developers, and operations teams to deliver features and system updates smoothly.

About You:

The successful applicant will be an experienced Full-Stack Developer (Mobile & Web) who is self-motivated and has exceptional organization and communication skills.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ year's experience in mobile app development using React Native.
• Experience in PHP development using Laravel framework.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React principles, and state management (Redux, Context API, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of PHP, object-oriented programming, and MySQL database concepts.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS preprocessors (SASS or LESS).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Android Studio and Xcode for mobile builds.
• Experience with Firebase, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting is a plus.
• Knowledge of software testing using PHPUnit or similar frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
