Shift Time: 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM PHT / 8:30 AM - 5:30 BST

This Full Stack Developer Role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across both front-end and back-end systems. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining a Ruby-based front-end portal, building robust backend services and APIs using Go and Python, and contributing to container orchestration logic in a Kubernetes-based environment. The role also involves close collaboration with our systems and automation team to support seamless service integrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain a front-end portal (Ruby based)
  • Build backend services and APIs in Go and Python
  • Contribute to container orchestration logic in a Kubernetes-based environment
  • Collaborate with the systems and automation team on service integrations
  • Write clear, maintainable, and testable code with minimal dependencies
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong Ruby (Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks; must be confident in production-level work).
  • Go and Phyton development experience
  • Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with Linux systems and CI/CD pipelines
  • Git-based workflow and collaborative development practices

Nice to have experiences:

  • Experience in infrastructure automation or systems software
  • Experience with AI tools for development (Git Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI)
  • Exposure to PostgreSQL, Redis, or other data layer tools
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code or custom orchestrators
  • Experience contributing to or building internal developer platforms
