Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Auditor with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in evaluating financial documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and identifying potential risks or inefficiencies in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze financial statements, accounting entries, and supporting documents
  • Conduct internal audits to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and regulations
  • Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in identifying potential financial risks and internal control issues
  • Verify compliance with government regulations (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Coordinate with accounting and finance departments during audit engagements
  • Participate in planning and execution of annual audit schedules
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and audit processes
  • Perform other audit-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in auditing (internal or external)
  • Familiar with audit procedures, accounting systems, and internal controls
  • Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and audit/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and professional
