We're Hiring: Project Manager (Glass & Aluminum / Cladding / Glass Constructions)

Location: Metro Manila

We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager with proven experience in Glass & Aluminum, Cladding, and Glass Construction projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering projects that combine cutting-edge design with impeccable craftsmanship.

Core Functions
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of glass and aluminum construction projects, from planning to handover.
  • Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation process for glass facades, cladding systems, windows, curtain walls, and related structures.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality standards tailored to specialized materials and techniques.
  • Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, fabricators, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, engineering standards, and project specifications.
  • Manage procurement, supplier negotiations, and subcontractor performance specific to glass and cladding projects.
  • Provide accurate progress updates and project status reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 7–10 years of relevant project management experience in glass, aluminum, cladding, or façade construction.
  • Proven track record in delivering mid- to large-scale specialized construction projects.
  • Licensed Engineer or Architect preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
