  • Lead and oversee all cost planning, estimation, and budget management for multiple construction projects.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize Bill of Quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and contract agreements.
  • Ensure accurate project costing from pre-construction to completion.
  • Manage procurement strategies and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project financial progress, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
  • Provide cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering solutions to optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • At least 7–10 years of relevant QS experience, with 3+ years in a managerial capacity.
  • Solid background in commercial, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
  • Licensed Engineer or Certified Quantity Surveyor is an advantage.
