Key Responsibilities:Initiate and drive technical activities in line with the business goals such as:Leverage on advanced-level engineering knowledge to analyze technical needs and solve complex engineering problems.
Provide technical support for both academic and commercial customers. Perform engineering simulation consulting services. Customize and conduct ANSYS software training.
Provide some technical support relating to Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Create and demonstrate simulation solutions to streamline customer workflows, in support of the software sales process. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and software evaluation.
We would love to hear from you if:You possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. You have knowledge in MEDDIC, Product Design, Manufacturing Process, FMEA, DOE Optimization, Root-Cause Analysis, Six-Sigma or TRIZ methodologies. Experience in ANSYS software will be highly advantageous.
You have experience in applying PLM/CAD/CAM/CAE/Additive Manufacturing solutions in solving industrial problems. You have the ability to build relationships with prospective customers through the use of various prospecting techniques as well as maintaining relationships with current customers. You have experience and good skills in enterprise solutions selling/MEDDIC.You have experience in lead generation activities, campaigns, road shows and event organizing.
You have basic technical knowledge and good application knowledge for enterprise solutions including IIoT and digital factory solutions. You are able to point out solutions benefits in terms of technical, application and business to customers. You are able to communicate and deliver presentations well in both English & Mandarin (would be advantageous).
