- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Applications)
- Knowledge in basic office equipment (e.g., computers, copiers, scanner, and calculators)
Resposibilities
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording.
- Compile, sort, and process data.
- Communicating with other departments or areas for data gathering to generate accurate information.
- Prepares report.
- Providing correct information & meet all deadlines
- No void transaction
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- On time submission of reports.
- Avoid negative variances
- Updating prices swiftly.
- Ensure accurate reports to avoid repetition.
