Basic Requirements

  • At least College Level
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Applications)
  • Knowledge in basic office equipment (e.g., computers, copiers, scanner, and calculators)

Resposibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording.
  • Compile, sort, and process data.
  • Communicating with other departments or areas for data gathering to generate accurate information.
  • Prepares report.
  • Providing correct information & meet all deadlines
  • No void transaction
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • On time submission of reports.
  • Avoid negative variances
  • Updating prices swiftly.
  • Ensure accurate reports to avoid repetition.
