As a key member of our team, the Data Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the success of critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reports to the management team and is responsible for expertly organizing, scheduling, analyzing, communicating and managing projects to achieve business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel + Google Sheets with ability to create pivot tables, graphs and charts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality work standards
  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
  • Ability to possess and demonstrate core values of commitment, quality, respect, communication and teamwork
  • Proficient in English language
  • Understanding of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Self-motivated and positive attitude towards work
  • Excellent communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Generate and download pre-populated reports from practice management software
  • Distribution of daily task lists for all multiple service lines
  • Generate marketing campaign lists and maintain database
  • Perform data cleanups and document processes
  • Investigate and resolve any data discrepancies in a timely manner and present findings to management
  • Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Assist with special projects as needed
