Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Sales and Commercial
In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement. Active user of the Internet and online applications.
Responsibilities

• Outbound calling customers, identifying customer loan needs, and accurately collecting necessary information for subsequent loan applications.

• Provide customers with the features and benefits of products for them to make informed decisions.

• Respond to common applicant questions

• Operate in compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Consistently Deliver First Class Customer Service

• Responsibilities may expand over time to include Inbound calls, processing online applications, evaluating customers' profiles to validate loan eligibility, and handling loan applications from initiation to loan settlement.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent with prior Sales experience

• Freshers are eligible
Preferred qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent with prior Sales experience

• Should possess excellent spoken & written communication skills

• Must have excellent soft skills to create a good customer experience including building rapport, listening, good questioning etc (measured through call evaluations, customer feedback and pulse checks).

• Resilience.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow policies and procedures accurately.

• Growth mindset to learning. Take accountability to ensure your own understanding using resources and processes in the first instance. Speak up when you don't understand.

• Should have sound computer knowledge.
