In-charge of the processing and monitoring of fixed asset transactions from registration to disposal with the objective of providing reliable Fixed Asset financial report.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with fixed asset coordinators regarding physical count and any related inquiries.
  • Setup and run depreciation in accordance with existing policy.
  • Monitor fixed asset's accountability from registration to disposal.
  • Review fixed asset disposal/transfer forms endorsed by end-users.
  • Maintain fixed asset lapsing schedule and other relevant reports.
  • Scan and safekeep the documents.

Qualification

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any business-related course.
  • At least two (2) years of general accounting experience.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Can start as soon as possible.
