Provides technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware or software. Responds to queries, isolates problem, determines and implements solution.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts inventory management of IT assets from receipt until disposal in order to ensure presence and availability of the equipment.
  • Prepares, monitors and maintains network connectivity based on written procedures in order to ensure continuous network operations.
  • Configures, installs, maintains and upgrades computer systems hardware and software for end-user's utilization.
  • Conducts basic IT equipment troubleshooting; research, diagnose, simulate, isolate and identify solutions in order to resolve customer issues.
  • Administers various servers; checks, monitors, maintains, backs-up and resolves system problems in order to lessen server downtime.
  • Accomplishes IT request endorsements; coordinates, clarifies, communicates with the end-user to identify requirement and serves it within the set lead time for customer satisfaction.
  • Responds to all IT-related inquiries from end users.
  • Prepares accurate and timely reports, as may be required by superiors.

Qualification

  • Graduate of any four (4) to five (5) years computer-related course.
  • At least one (1) year relevant experience.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
