- Preparing and typing legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Maintaining and updating database and case files.
General Office Duties:
- Ordering office supplies.
- Handling correspondence.
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
Client Interaction:
- Providing friendly and efficient service to clients and visitors.
- Answering clients inquiries.
- Assisting clients with paperwork and other needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
