DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • He will handle Bicol Sales distributions routes (Masbate) and other products that Six in One Corporation may sell.
  • He will help the Manager in Planning, Organizing, Leading and controlling sales direction, he will also conduct morning and afternoon sales huddle to guide and motivate the sales force.
  • He will help the Sales manager attain sales goals and objectives.
  • Responsible also for account generation/acquisition, high volume accounts, HRI and others accounts such as Krispy King.
  • Ensure that all Sales transactions are profitable and will not put the company at the losing propositions.
  • He/ will Recommend Plans and programs for the growth of the Department.
  • He will Monitor market pricing (prevailing and forecast) and recommends necessary price adjustments.
  • Must ensure that all inventories being handled are accurate and properly safe keep.
  • He will ensure on time collection and all accounts are monitored and safeguarded.
  • Recommends if we can outsource any products with lower price that we can sell at a better price.
  • Performs other pertinent duties that may assigned by the Management from time to time.
  • Ensures that the company policies and procedures will be followed in dispensing his duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

Any four-year degree with related work experience preferably in Sales.

Good communications skills and the ability to work well with people are essential.

Good leadership skills are beneficial.

With keen attention to details and highly organized.

Preferably with experience in perishable products
