Job Summary

Maintains supervision for financial assets and debt, including overall leadership of the cash management, debt management, and investment management functions of the organization and its affiliated entities. Ensures the maintenance of corporate liquidity and financial stability. Develops and manages strategies, operations, policies, and budgets relating to treasury activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.

2. At least 5 years relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting or a similar field preferred.

3. Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

4. Strong organization and project management skills.

5. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitors funds and prepares a daily funds report

2. Check and approve the regions' checkwrite on BDO daily

3. Check and approve the regions HQ reimbursement on BDO / Security Bank daily

4. Monitor and help solve problems for CB time by time.

5. Monitor the region expenses account entry in Kingdee weekly

6. Monitor the region's cash advance report weekly

7. Meeting with the treasury team twice per week to check the deliverable works and issues

8. Monitor and check with the bank about the ADB monthly

9. Monitor the end-of-month bank reconciliation and check payable accounts monthly

10. Check and approve the franchise's payout monthly

11. Check accounts with other intercompany monthly

12. Responsible for the international parcel finance concern

13. Other tasks given by the Director from time to time.
