We are looking for a skilled and motivated Designer to join our growing team

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of design experience
  2. Strong background and understanding in drafting of residential and commercial projects
  3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, and SketchUp
  4. Solid experience in the design of commercial and residential projects
  5. Able to work effectively in a work-from-home setup
  6. With good character and professional work ethic

Soft Skills:

  1. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  2. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  3. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  4. Effective communication skills (written & verbal)
  5. Strong collaboration skills with local and overseas teams
  6. Proactive, adaptable, and open to learning new tools

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare accurate technical drawings and design documentation
  2. Develop and update 2D & 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, and SketchUp
  3. Design layouts and solutions for residential and commercial projects
  4. Work closely with local and international teams for project coordination
  5. Ensure all outputs meet quality standards and project timelines
  6. Provide innovative design solutions aligned with project requirements
  7. Maintain clear communication and professional conduct at all times
