Rate: Php 140/hour (Pay per booking)

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Philippine Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging 1-on-1 online English lessons to kids and adults
  • Prepare for classes using provided materials or your own resources
  • Provide timely feedback and track student progress
  • Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of online ESL teaching experience

  • Fluent English skills with a neutral accent

  • Bachelor's degree (any field)

Must have the following documents:

  • Stable teaching equipment

-Updated CV

  • Valid government-issued ID

  • NBI Clearance

  • Teaching Certifications (TEFL, TESOL, IELTS, etc.)

  • Intro video and demo recording (You can complete this requirement during the training period)

Required Teaching Setup:

- Laptop/Desktop (Intel i5 10th Gen or better, 8GB+ RAM, CPU score ≥ 3500)

- 1080P webcam and noise-canceling headset

- Wired internet: 25 Mbps (minimum) + 15 Mbps backup (no mobile hotspots)

- Power backup: 8 hours minimum
