Job Description:

Teachers must:

Deliver interactive, engaging online classes.

Motivate and guide students.

Follow WSE's teaching methodology and standards.

Minimum Requirements:

-Updated CV

-Lesson demo video (Adult or Business English focus)

-Bachelor's degree and teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, CELTA).

-C2 Language Level

-Strong communication, motivational, and computer skills

Technical Requirements:

-Equipment: Desktop computers with at least an

-i5 processor-8GB RAM-HD webcam

-noise-canceling headset.

-Internet: Fiber connection with at least 10 Mbps upload/download speed.

-Backup Power: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with 4 hours of battery life.

Note: While prior experience in business English is a plus, confident English speakers with excellent communication skills and professional teaching presence will be considered.
