Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fun and structured English lessons tailored for young learners

Use visuals, props, and Total Physical Response (TPR) to keep students engaged

Encourage participation and boost students' confidence in speaking

Track progress and provide feedback to learners and their parents

Maintain a warm, energetic, and child-friendly virtual classroom

Minimum Requirements:

  • Updated CV
  • Lesson demo video (Kids ESL focus)
  • Strong spoken English with a neutral or North American accent
  • Passion for working with children and creating engaging online lessons
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience (online preferred)
  • TEFL certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Required Teaching Setup:
  • Laptop/Desktop: Intel i5 10th Gen or higher, 8GB+ RAM, CPU benchmark ≥ 3500
  • Peripherals: 1080p webcam, noise-canceling headset
  • Internet: Wired 25 Mbps + 15 Mbps backup (no mobile data/hotspots)
  • Power Backup: Minimum 8 hours
