This position will be the overall responsible for the planning, developing, executing, and evaluation of the marketing strategies on the assigned restaurant concepts of the company. He / She must be able to manage existing concept and develop new products/ menu to support the vision, mission, and goals of the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Develop and evaluate brand strategy and portfolio/ plans

● Must create or update the brand guidebook of the assigned concepts

● Must create promotional strategies

● Conceptualize and spearhead new product launches

● Monitor execution of marketing programs

● Conducting market research

● Plan and manage marketing events and evaluating the success of each activity

● Leads and generates PR and other media opportunities for the company

● Provides support for all marketing collateral requirements of the restaurant concept

including instore and digital marketing collaterals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in any field

● At least 1 year of working experience in marketing or brand management

● Excellent oral and written communication skills

● Proven effective brand marketing skills

● Deliver quick results with minimal supervision

● Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising

digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

● Detailed oriented, results driven, proactive, collaborative and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php26, Php28,000.00 per month
