Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

SUMMARY

The Quantity Surveyor with Marketing skills will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, while also applying their marketing expertise to promote the company's services and expand its market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and project management, combined with the ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimate & Quantity Surveying

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Monitor projects costs throughout the lifecycle, ensuring that the budget is adhere to and identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and value engineering assessments.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, reviewing bids, and selecting contractors.
• Manage contract administration, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

Marketing & Business Development

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
• Lead market research to identify new business opportunities and areas of expansion.
• Create engaging promotional materials that highlight the company's value propositions and differentiate from competitors.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and identify business leads.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to propose innovative marketing solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum or 3 to 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
• Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a related field, with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with Construction Industry regulations and the ability to adapt marketing strategies.
• High attention to details and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across different functions.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
• Can able to start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php35,000.00 per month
