We transform business and technology landscapes to accommodate the realities of doing business in today's global environment. To accelerate this transformation, we are looking for Project Managers to manage the delivery of Oracle Consulting's Professional Services implementations of the Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS).

Project Manager within Consulting: The Project Manager role is an exciting opportunity to manage full lifecycle cloud implementations using Oracle's True Cloud Methodology (TCM). You will manage multiple cloud projects, ensuring their successful delivery on-time and on-budget, and serve as a reference customer. This role offers a chance to drive strategy and execute complex projects effectively.

QualificationsCareer Level - IC3ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and communicate project progress, achieving milestones and maintaining momentum for on-time, on-budget delivery. Manage customer-specific engagements, business requirements, development, review, and sign-off processes. Control scope, execute change management, and resolve discrepancies and roadblocks promptly.

Collaborate with Oracle Consulting, Development, and Support teams focused on Oracle's Cloud products. Build and deepen client relationships by delivering results and exceeding expectations. Identify and mitigate risks; facilitate issue resolution and escalate when necessary.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including project sponsors, managers, and teams. Manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout projects. Maintain knowledge of and compliance with Oracle's internal processes and procedures.

Support expansion of Oracle solutions within existing customer bases and promote Oracle Consulting services to prospective clients. Manage scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables using planning, tracking, change control, and risk management techniques. Provide daily direction to project teams and regular status updates to customers.

What You'll BringOver 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in project or program management of end-to-end ERP Fusion/Netsuite projects. Minimum of 5 years in a functional lead or solution architect role with deep domain knowledge of Oracle ERP applications and technology.

Proven track record managing complex, multi-pillar projects with strong knowledge of implementation methodologies and project management tools. Excellent influencing, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office for developing presentations. Leadership, time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed.
