Job Title: Lead Sales Consultant

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and revenue
  3. Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, consultations, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  5. Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM tools
  6. Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
  7. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion
  8. Identify new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling strategies
  9. Ensure excellent customer experience and high retention rates

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in consultative sales and B2B/B2C.
  2. Experience leading small to mid-size sales teams
  3. Knowledge of the international English market (if applicable)
