About this role…

The Accounts Receivable Reliever is a critical member of our finance team responsible for managing the accounts receivable functions. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send out invoices.
  • Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments.
  • Conduct account reconciliations as needed.
  • Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and other irregularities.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries.
  • Maintain customer accounts and ensure data integrity.
  • Prepare accounts receivable reports and summaries.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-1+ years of proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Knowledge of any accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Amenable to working onsite for a fixed term of 5 months.
