Job Description

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll handle financial transactions with accuracy—processing dues, reconciling records, and maintaining billing systems. You'll help strengthen financial transparency and community trust through timely collections, reports, and coordination with accounting teams.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1–3 years of similar accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent educational credentials with a focus on accounts receivables/bookkeeping/general accounting
  • Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions following established policies and procedures
  • CPA is a plus but not required
  • New graduates are also encouraged to apply

Your Daily Tasks

  • Process and record timely monthly condominium dues/assessments from homeowners
  • Pursue resolutions for outstanding homeowner balances and collect other incomes
  • Maintain assigned associations' billing systems
  • Generate invoices and account statements
  • Perform account owner reconciliations
  • Maintain accounts receivable files and records
  • Assist in producing monthly financial and management reports
  • Investigate and resolve account irregularities or inquiries
  • Provide training support to accounting team members
  • Assist in general financial management and analysis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
