What is your mission?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Quality Assurance Specialist to audit inspection reports for accuracy, clarity, and technical correctness. This role requires strong automotive knowledge and the ability to review written content, including mechanical breakdown inspections, photos, and videos. With minimal client interaction, you'll focus on quality control, documentation, and occasional coordination with technicians. Excellent technical understanding and written English proficiency are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, edit, and upload mechanical breakdown inspection reports (with photos/videos)
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, grammar, spelling, and technical verbiage in reports
  • Provide feedback and quality assurance on inspection documentation
  • Coordinate with clients, inspectors, and internal staff as needed via phone, email, or IM
  • Support technicians in the field with report-related assistance
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Own assigned workload with high dependability and attention to detail
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of classic and modern vehicle systems (required)
  • Prior work experience in automotive service, repair, or dealerships (Toyota or other brands a plus)
  • Hands-on repair experience strongly advantageous
  • Written English proficiency for technical documentation and editing
  • BPO background with automotive exposure highly valued
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in reports
  • Dependable, organized, and quality-focused

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
