Maintenance staff/Messenger

Maintenance Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning and general maintenance of office or facility premises.
- Conduct minor repairs (e.g., replacing bulbs, fixing leaks, adjusting furniture).
- Monitor and report any major maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Assist in setting up office equipment, furniture, or events as needed.
- Ensure proper upkeep of tools and cleaning equipment.
Messenger Duties:
- Deliver and pick up documents, parcels, payments, and other items to/from various offices, banks, or suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documents.
- Run errands as assigned by management (e.g., purchasing office supplies).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php695.00 per day
