Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging content for our social media channels, targeted at the Melbourne market. We are a cleaning and gardening company, and your role will involve creating visual content (static images, carousel posts, short videos/reels), writing captions, and following brand guidelines. We're looking for someone who can understand Melbourne audience tastes and help our brand stand out.

What You'll Do:

  • Produce 12 social media posts per month: 3 posts/week

  • At least 1 reel/video per week (so 3-4 per month)

  • The rest static and/or carousel posts
  • Conceptualise and design visuals, graphics, carousels, edit short video content (reels)
  • Write compelling captions, with appropriate call-to-action, hashtags
  • Follow brand voice and visual style
  • Coordinate with our content schedule; meet deadlines
  • Revise content based on feedback
  • Optional / added advantage: experience creating visuals for cleaning industry (or similar service-based businesses)

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a social media content creator / graphic designer / video editor
  • Portfolio of past work (static images, carousels, and video/reels)
  • Good understanding of what works on Instagram / Facebook (especially for audiences based in Melbourne, Australia)
  • Ability to deliver high-quality visual content, with clean, modern design
  • Reliable, communicates well, meets deadlines
  • Access to design/video editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, etc)

What We Offer / Compensation:

  • Fixed monthly pay for 12 posts / month
  • Competitive pay based on experience 7500PHP
