Position Overview: We're looking for a bubbly, creative, and versatile Content Creator who's just as comfortable in front of the camera as behind it. You'll bring Evident's story to life with authenticity and energy through short-form videos, social content, and event moments. This role also involves project coordination and team initiatives, so a hands-on, collaborative mindset is essential.

If you have a background in acting, social media, or video creation and love bringing ideas to life while supporting projects, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation
    • Be the face and voice of Evident in short-form videos, reels, and social content.
    • Develop engaging content for social media, events, and internal culture initiatives.
    • Work with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and campaigns.
    • Capture behind-the-scenes moments that showcase Evident's culture and brand.
    • Ensure all content reflects Evident's tone: natural, authentic, and approachable.
  • Project & Team Support
    • Jump in to assist with cross-functional projects and events as needed.
    • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, or communications to keep initiatives moving.
    • Wear multiple hats — from helping with team events to assisting leadership on key projects.
    • Provide creative input to ensure projects are fun, engaging, and on brand.
    What We're Looking For
    • Experience in acting, performing, or being on camera (formal or informal).
    • OR proven experience as a social media content creator (personal brand, influencer, or business).
    • Outgoing, bubbly, and comfortable engaging with people and audiences.
    • Creative eye for storytelling, trends, and social engagement.
    • Adaptable and eager to take on new challenges outside of content.
    • Strong organizational skills to help coordinate projects.
    • Proven track record of building and growing a social media following (10,000+ audience across platforms preferred).
    • Active personal or professional online presence that demonstrates creativity, consistency, and audience engagement.
    Nice-to-Haves
    • Video editing or design skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
    • Event coordination or marketing experience.
    • Experience in a startup or fast-moving company.
    • A personal site, portfolio, or channel with a strong and engaged audience.
    • Demonstrated ability to leverage personal brand to increase reach and visibility.

    • The CEO and team have a reliable "go-to" for capturing content and culture.
    • You help projects run smoother by stepping in wherever needed.
