As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive social media plans to drive engagement and growth across platforms.
  • Creating and scheduling high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on insights.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Engaging with our online community through comments, messages, and meaningful interactions.
  • Supporting email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
