Job summary:

  • Flexible hours available
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: ₱75,000 - ₱150,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Design original graphics, prints, patterns, and illustrations for apparel collections (e.g., t-shirts, dresses, scarves, denim, etc.).
  • Create placement prints, all-over patterns, embroidery artwork, and branding elements in line with seasonal themes.
  • Collaborate with fashion designers and product development teams to translate concepts into visually striking and production-ready graphics.
  • Prepare detailed tech packs for graphic applications, including color specifications, scale, and placement instructions.
  • Develop marketing and packaging design assets such as hangtags, labels, lookbooks, and digital content for campaigns.
  • Conduct trend research and create visual presentations and mood boards for internal reviews.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand identity and consumer expectations while being commercially viable.
  • Liaise with suppliers and printers to ensure artwork is accurately reproduced in production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design within a fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing apparel graphic designs, textile prints, and brand work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Understanding of fabric printing techniques and garment construction.
  • Eye for detail, strong sense of color, typography, and composition.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international fashion brands
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, seasonal color forecasts, and target customer preferences.
  • Familiarity with 3D design tools or textile CAD software is a plus.
