About the Role

We are looking for a PeopleSoft Programmer Analyst to design, develop, and enhance system-level applications within the PeopleSoft environment. The role involves full lifecycle development - from analysis and coding to testing, deployment, and production support - ensuring high-quality, stable, and efficient business systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance applications using PeopleTools and PeopleCode.
  • Work with Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR for integrations and customizations.
  • Analyze requirements, design solutions, write and debug code, and perform quality assurance testing.
  • Integrate system components, deploy software, and coordinate with production support teams.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and provide updates for project planning.
  • Collaborate within the PeopleSoft Support and Development teams to deliver stable and scalable solutions.
  • Make sound technical decisions under pressure while maintaining focus and quality.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in PeopleSoft development using PeopleTools and PeopleCode.
  • Proficient in Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database.
  • Experience with DB2 or Mainframe is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php85,000.00 per month
