Job Description:

  • Analyzing current production and utility processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Leading the development and implementation of standardized operating procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborating closely with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Maintenance, and Research & Development (R&D) teams to troubleshoot process-related issues.
  • Ensuring that engineering solutions align with product and process requirements.
  • Onboarding, training, coaching, and engaging staff to support their growth and performance

Job Specifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or any related course.

Experience:

At least 3 years of proven experience in process engineering within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of process engineering concepts, equipment operation, and utility systems (such as chillers, compressors, and boilers).
  • Experienced in process mapping, conducting root cause analysis, and applying statistical process control techniques.
  • Capable of interpreting technical blueprints, utility diagrams, and equipment manuals.
  • Knowledgeable about Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and safety regulations in the food industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
  • Familiar with technical software like AutoCAD, PLC monitoring systems, or SCADA; having experience in these areas is beneficial.
  • Skilled in process automation and enhancing equipment efficiency.

Soft Skills:

  • Good understanding of technical knowledge of equipment, engineering, and manufacturing operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset to identify root causes and execute solutions.
  • Leadership, communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
  • Can work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • 271 T. Santiago, Viente Reales, Valenzuela City.
