Associate Sales Director

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Sales Director (Sales Manager for Real Estate) located in Metro Manila, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and mentoring a team of sales agents, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The role will also include tracking sales performance, preparing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
•Excellent Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills
•Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
•Team leadership and Mentoring abilities
•Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills
•Client Relationship Management experience
•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
•Familiarity with Real Estate industry regulations is a plus
•Preferably with a ready team of Property Specialists
