The Fixed Term Employee will support the Compliance Market Conduct and Fraud Cluster to ensure that the program mandate is stable across entities.

Preferred skills

  • Organized and with keen attention to details
  • Self motivated and can work with minimal supervision
  • With good written and oral communication skills
  • Can work under pressure

Qualifications

  • College graduate preferably with experience in market conduct and fraud investigation in a life insurance industry. Willing to do admin tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Logs cases in the Case Registry
  • Maintains and updates Case Registry and relevant systems
  • Issue clearance to resigning and come-backing advisors
  • Scans case folders and send those folders offsite
  • Supports Compliance Specialist to investigate complex cases i.e., issuance of Request for Explanation (RFE), policy document review, writing of Minutes of the Meeting during Clarificatory Meetings, and other support activities
  • Prepares ad hoc reports requested by different Business Units.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
