The Learning & Communications Expert will be responsible for creating and implementing learning initiatives that strengthen workforce capabilities and enrich the overall employee experience for the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Manila. The role emphasizes cultivating a culture of continuous learning and delivering an engaging onboarding journey, supported by effective communication and change management practices.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and execute comprehensive learning and onboarding programs that ensure new employees transition smoothly from HR orientation to their functional roles.
  • Assess development needs and introduce learning strategies that boost employee performance, motivation, and professional growth.
  • Contribute to communication and change management initiatives within GBS-Manila, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with business priorities.
  • Enhance engagement and belonging by organizing initiatives such as learning events, interest groups, and other employee activities.
  • Collaborate across the company to share best practices and continuously improve learning and development processes.

What You Bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Communications, or related fields (required)
  • You must have a long experience in
    training delivery
    and
    learning materials development
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Global Business Services (GBS) or similar multinational setup (preferred)
  • Experience in employee engagement or event coordination is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree required
