Job Qualifications:

  • A candidate must possess a College Level or equivalent experience
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in a Freight Forwarding Company / is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in TABS BOOKING AND MANIFEST.
  • Ensure and always update the trucking permits, issuance, clearance, etc
  • Monitor and record payments.
  • Report on every trucking request for billing.
  • Coordinate with account handlers for all trucking requests and concerns.
  • Knowledge in Pre Advise requests (Shipping Lines).
  • Perform monitoring schedule of deliveries and can extend office hours.
